Part 5:

  • Say “no” to some social events if you feel overstimulated and/or need a break for yourself.
  • Create a cozy corner at home just for you.
  • Every now and again, do something just for you.
  • Schedule in “me” time, even if it’s for a few minutes.
  • Make decisions based on your values.
  • Don’t overextend yourself, even if it’s tough.
