  • If you haven’t done so, create a bucket list of fun things you’d love to do that you know would add some beautiful moments to your memory bank. If you already have a list, add some new ideas.
  • Turn a diffuser on at home.
  • Soak your feet in warm water.
  • Listen to an audiobook.
  • Read a few pages of a book, perhaps one that is your favorite scene.
  • Play calming, lyric-free music.
  • Watch a scene from your favorite movie.
  • Reorganize your to-do list.
  • Organize a drawer.
  • Write down everything you’ve recently achieved and give yourself a reward.
