Day #326 in a Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful that I’ve reached a new milestone in my weight loss and fitness journey.
I absolutely loathe weighing myself on a scale but it’s a necessary tool from time to time that’s part of my weight loss and fitness journey. However, when I weighed myself this morning, I felt a ping of joy, because I’ve unlocked an achievement in shedding some pounds from a short-term goal I set out to do. I’ve also been feeling like I’ve lost some inches, as people are really starting to notice, and I feel like I can move better, get into smaller spaces easier, and just breathe better. I feel more confident, energetic, and I feel more alert. So, I will keep setting up new these short-term, easy-to-reach milestone goals, because this new modification to my routine is working!
