  • Use what’s left in the refrigerator or pantry to make space for the week.
  • Chop up any veggies and store them in containers.
  • Prepare simple breakfasts like overnight oats.
  • Blend smoothies the night before and refrigerate them (or have all the ingredients stored together until you’re ready to blend).
  • Set reminders to defrost food on specific days in your calendar.
