Reminders to Be Kind to Yourself
Part 2:
- Show yourself the same kindness you show other people.
- When there are opportunities to slow down a little, take them.
- Be as present in the here and now as much as you can.
- Learn to love the simple things.
- No matter how tiring your day was, always take a moment to acknowledge your progress.
- Love the person you are. You are completely unique.
- Work hard, do your best, and be proud of what you’ve achieved so far.
- There will be setbacks. Don’t be hard on yourself when they pop up. Just breathe and move through them with grace.
- Remember: no one has it all figured out.
