Things to Do if You’re Happy but Stuck in a Rut
Part 1
This one will be a 3-day mini-series to help us get out of a rut we may be stuck in, even if we’re happy. We all have these moments, so here are a few ideas to give a try.
- Do something in your town or city you’ve always said, “I’ll do at some point.”
- You could also take a look at your area from a tourist’s perspective and discover something new that you’ve never tried or explored before.
- If you haven’t started incorporating no-screen breaks yet, try it out, and do something fun with family and/or friends.
- Start planning a staycation or weekend trip away to give you something to look forward to.
- Switch up your routine for an afternoon or an entire day. If you want to keep to your regular routine, maybe try new locations.
