This 30-day minimalist challenge can be beneficial in a wide range of areas of our lives, from physical space to mental clarity. You can start this experiment by removing one item from your home, then two items on the second day, three items on the third day, and so on, which will lead to decluttering and simplifying our lives. I’m excited, and I’ll mark it on my calendar while also writing it down in a notebook. I’m going to see if I can set up a donation box while also immediately disposing of anything else.
