When our to-do list gets long, we tend to want to tackle everything before finally allowing ourselves to kick back and relax. The thing is, for every day we have breath in our lungs, that to-do list will just keep growing. So, be sure to set aside some time for you and the people you care about. Show them what they mean to you by being present, letting go of the things that don’t matter, and just making a few more beautiful moments with them. Do what you can by prioritizing what needs your time and attention first, and the rest of the to-do list can wait until another day, and don’t stress out about it.
