Gentleness is an excellent and profoundly influential attribute to behold. It has power to reduce anger, stress, and anxiety. It has the ability to strengthen personal relationships by fostering an atmosphere of safety, trust, respect, and peace, which leads to open communication, effective conflict resolution, and forgiveness. It’s also got a few additional health benefits. It’s a powerful mood booster for not only ourselves but also for everyone around us, promoting physical and mental well-being, and even boosting creativity. Many people think being gentle is a sign of weakness, but it’s not. I’ve seen it first hand when someone has been gentle with me, and I’ve seen it time and time again when I’m the one who’s gentle with others. Gentleness is so beautiful.
