I saw this quote on a billboard earlier today while Grams and I were driving home from a day out. It reminded me just how important it is to maintain our mental health, because if it’s not checked and given the attention it needs, we’re at risk of spiralling. Our minds are one of the most beautiful aspects of ourselves, and they’re an integral part of what makes us who we are. What we do every day, and how we do the things that we do, comes from our minds. We tend to forget, or are even unaware, of the power our minds possess. We need to ensure we take proper care of our beautiful minds and treat them well.
