Day #155 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful to be getting some headway on my weight loss goals.
This goal has been slow going, mainly because I’ve been so busy, and I’ve got a sneaky habit of being a comfort food eater. I’ve been working diligently to curb that habit and become more mindful of what I’m consuming, and now I’m finding time and ways to achieve the milestones I’ve set. I still have a long way to go, though I’m excited about how far I’ve come on this journey.
