Secrets to Instantly Boost Your Confidence:

We’re going to do things differently for today’s post. I recently saw a short motivational post while scrolling through social media, and it just jumped out at me because it gives fantastic advice, some of which I’ve tried in the past with success. #5 will be challenging for yours truly because I need a wardrobe overhaul, though I’m not buying any clothes right now because I’m in the middle of a weight loss journey, which I am absolutely crushing! In the meantime, I will practice more of #1 and #7, especially the latter, because I tend to be a bit hard on myself. Speaking from experience, #2, #3, #4, and #6 are incredible!

  1. Walk 25% faster than usual to feel more powerful.
  2. Practice maintaining eye contact for two seconds more than you usually do.
  3. Hold a gentle smile even if no one’s around to activate positive emotions.
  4. Look at yourself in the mirror and nod; it reinforces self-belief.
  5. Wear clothes that make you feel powerful.
  6. Start giving compliments freely, because when you lift others, you indirectly lift yourself.
  7. Remind yourself that no one is judging you as much as you think.
